Strength and speed are fantastic. The downsides are: 1) power cord is not long enough 2) power buttons are not ergonomically placed and 3) while I love that the blending stick exterior is all one piece, the end notches need to be slightly deeper or something for better circulation.

Every home needs a good immersion blender. If you’ve never had one, then you obviously don’t know you need one—-but you do. All you need is an immersion blender. It’s quick, easy, AND it practically cleans itself! Enter this immersion blender.My first immersion blender was a hard plastic one but for questionable health issues with plastic and hot liquids, I got away from that one. This one is stainless steel and extremely well constructed. It’s large, but not too large. Upon removing it from its packaging, I knew immediately it was the workhorse I was looking for. It did not disappoint! It has a beater attachment which I don’t really use that much but I can see it being a great asset for those with mobility issues. The chopper cup attachment makes for a fast chop of onions or a delicious quick salsa.The thing I love the most, however, is the main attraction of this gadget—the rotary connection! It has 25 speeds!! You read that right, TWENTY-FIVE! The blades are made of titanium-meaning, they will never break, rust, or need sharpening. This genius invention gives me the ability to make an incredible homemade mayo or a silky smooth tomato bisque at the touch of a button! Endless recipes to bring to perfection because of the ability this cool gadget brings.And cleaning? Could it be easier?! Nope. There’s no heavy blender pitcher to dismantle and or blades you have to touch! You simply submerge this just past the head into a glass of soapy hot water, turn on for 10-20 seconds and Voila!—you’re done! Clean immersion blender.There is a 5 year warranty, far better than the usual 1 year offered with others.There’s not a lot not to like about this immersion. It’s the best I’ve seen so far! For someone who hasn't used an immersion blender before this is quite intimidating. It's big and I'm a little afraid to use it with soups or liquid foods but I got this mainly for the chopping attachment. I like to make things like salsa and sorta blend peppers and garlic like I would in my Cuisinart but with something smaller. This definitely works for that and it's easy to attach the chop attachment. It's easy to clean and store. I'm happy with it.

This thing is great. It made a nice tomato bisque with no complaint. The power is more than most will need, and its also adjustable. The added pack ins are nice, but not really needed. Overall not a bad product for the price, and one I am completely happy with.
