Works As intended. Emptied 110 gallons of black/gray tanks that were full in about 20 minutes. Through 100 feet of regular garden hose. About 3 feet of rise. Surprised by how much pressure it produces. The cigarette lighter adapter did get warm. Long term use I think I would cut the adapter off and use battery terminals. Switch works ok but I can see why people don’t like it. Recommend using a good fully charged 50ah 12 volt battery or better. I used a 100ah battle born battery and it worked great. Low voltage is hard on brushed electric motors. I’m hoping it might last a year with weekly use. Does look like a drill could be attached if it dies.Hooked up to a standard 3” rv drain fine. No leaks.

This thing is no joke. A game changer. The seller got it to me as stated. And it was what I ordered. But im not kidding, if you are second guessing getting this pump, you will not regret it. It chops up everything solid and sends it thru a garden hose. Great buy.

Didn't have to hookup and go to a dump statation.There was a clean out 2 sites over in the RV Park. All the Full hookup spots were taken. Was able to get one with Electric only.When the Package arrived went over to the Neighor and asked if I, could use the clean-out. Very Gracious Couple.It worked great and faster than any of us thought it would.They are going to purchase one in the very near future.

I only give 4 stars because it’s really inconvenient that it has the car battery hookups instead of a normal plug. Otherwise this product has been exactly what I needed. I use a 80ft garden hose and it works like a charm. Takes about 5 minutes to drain a 35-40 gallon tank. Also don’t let it run after it’s empty. It gets hot. Shut it off as quickly as possible after draining. Would recommend!

I have had this pump less than a year and would have intermittent power issues since I bought it last summer but it got the job done until now. The thing won't turn on at all. It gets hooked up to its own battery that was bought brand new when this item was purchased. And the battery has been checked with no charge issue. Very disappointed because as you could imagine we are now stuck with a full tank and we live full time RV.

We are now full time RV, living on the back of our daughter’s property. We have power and water but no way to access the septic from where we are set up. This macerator works great for transferring from the black water tank into the tote tank that we put into the back of the gator (so the tote tank is actually higher than the outlet for the BW tank). Then we drive the gator up to the house and again use the macerator pump to transfer the waste into the septic system. Great cost effective solution.

Used for 3 months (total of 10-12 times) then packed it up for the winter. Stored in a heated shop, pulled it out for spring and it won’t work. Husband opened it up to see if it was a quick fix and found the brushes inside all burned up. Worked great when it ran but sadly did not last.

First one did not work once arrived, appeared to be a motor problem(no current getting to it despite multiple sources). Returned without issue and ordered again, very glad I did.Pumped 3/4 full black, full grey(shower) and 1/2 of sink grey through a 5/8 hose 50' long. Never missed a beat and motor wasn't even warm to touch after complete. Super easy to use and very effective. Only thing would recommend is a cable extension to make powering it easier. Unless you have a DC connection close, then it would be non issue.Highly recommend

Works great. Powered through our rv black water and 200ft of garden hose and uphill about 4 ft. Not fast, but gets it done.

I have used this pump two times and it has done the job. I discharge down hill and use 100' of 3'4" farm duty garden hose from Home Hardware. I have had no problem with plugging or heating up. I bought a 25' 10AWG SAE cable from Amazon and can plug directly into the solar panel plug on our RV for power. Saves connecting to a vehicle.

The short clear hose, clamps and garden hose adapter.were missing as well as the o-ring, but maybe I dropped that while trying to find a hose to replace the missing one. Please make sure you have your o-ring. Do your first tests with clean water. What a helpful accessory. Should have done this 25 years ago.
