I just got this and it feels very well built with sturdy materials. Assembly was easy and took about 15–20 minutes. After just one small session, my abs already felt worked. It seems like a very effective piece of equipment.Update (2 months later): The trainer is still going strong. I do 6 sets of 50 reps on the highest setting every other day with a foam mat underneath for comfort. Using it regularly has definitely strengthened my core. For the price, it’s helped me achieve a strong, flat stomach—highly recommended!
