The first picture is kind of misleading. The second one with the gold colored plug will be what you receive. Listed as 3/16 NPT thread. It is actually the proper straight thread for 3/16 inverted flare. Same as a 3/16 brake line nut but with no hole. Used it to plug an extra hole in my proportioning valve. Fit perfect. You get 4 plugs. They corrected the mistake on the packaging I received.
