The part did come in as expected and did seem to fix the problem. I tried to follow the instructions for returning the core. Clicked the link, entered my order number and nothing worked as it should. So I called the number....after holding for 54 minutes I was given a sketchy email address and instructed to send way more info that I felt comfortable sending to them via email and then pay to mail the core back. I told the person in the phone that it seemed like more info than they should have needed...you know since they should have the order number and know that they recieved payment since I recieved my part...she said it was fine, she was the supervisor 😳

Best price for this item by far. All other places require $200 deposit for core charge. Easy to install but problem is with wiring not the switch.
