My father Has vascular dementia and had a stroke and is in a nursing home and has problems with looking for the button to press to call somebody and to also hear them on the phone.This phone has been absolutely wonderful for him.No problems at all.****REVISED REVIEW***March 23rd 2025. I went down to 1 star because the phone now does not work. The buttons will not allow you to dial out so now he can not make calls the phone is no longer in use**

Simple to use with big numbers/buttons. It appears larger in the image however, it is the perfect size in reality. It can easily be used on a desk, just as much as it can be on a wall (it has a security wall latch that needs to be set before it is set up on the wall). The handset cord is kind of short, but it’s not a problem the way it’s being used (keep that in mind if you need a longer cord this one is super short.) functions as expected. Would recommend the purchase. The function for the price is good.

I bought this as a practical gift replacement for my elderly mother whom had a similar large button phone prior. It seems to work just fine and the large buttons are helpful.

The build quality is flimsy - it's hard to connect the telephone wires and the weight of the phone is very light. The buttons stopped working right after I installed it, and the speakerphone function is awkward to use. On the positive side, the button sizes are good, but that's about the only thing I can recommend.
