This worked perfectly for my sink. My old one was falling apart. The middle bushing kept falling out. Those are just a pressure fit, and I suppose from banging it to clean it it broke. This saved the day... Looks pretty too. Worth having

Looks can be deceiving! I bought this sink strainer because it looks exactly like the one I had. Unfortunately it did not fit. Looks like it would work perfectly, if you have the correct sink to install it in. I ended up buying a silicone one that actually fits. Not sure how you would measure for this item, but know that there is a chance it might not fit. Otherwise it looks great. So 4 stars since I'm not 100% sure it would really work, if it had fit my sink.

If yours looks like this, this is probably the right one. Same basket strainer is sold under several brand names, so get the least expensive one. The seller says that these are stainless steel and that is only partly true. The basket and the stopper are stainless, center post is brass, and this is all fine. The weak part, and why I have to replace them every couple of years, is the twist handle. My guess is that these are zinc. Chrome plating on them peels off in jagged shards and some customers mention getting cut. If the manufacturer reads this, please make the handles out of stainless or brass and I will gladly pay twice the price.
