Bought for antique post cards.Have ordered/used Gaylord products for years in libraries and recommend all their products.This box also excellent quality. Sturdy. Attractive.Only issue for my vintage cards is the box is a bit tall, but I cut and inserted piece of styrofoam insulation for bottom and now cards sit at good height for accessing. Not sure if that will change the acidity and protection characteristic of box, but works for easy access.

This box is much more sturdy than I had expected. The corners are reinforced and the construction stock is very stout.The best part is that the box is wide enough to store smaller covers as well as postcards.The only drawback is the price seems a bit high for the item.
