As a handyman, I now have just about every type of tool you can imagine — but back in the day, I was limited. and had to make do with what I had at the time. Sometimes, that made projects rather difficult to complete — in particular cutting through stucco and masonry walls. Now, with an oscillating tool and a standard steel blade or even an upgraded titanium blade, you can easily buzz your way through drywall or wood — BUT, stucco coated walls were devastating to the standard and titanium blades. Ruined them, in a hurry.Step forward in time, and we have a truly awesome solution, using the same oscillating tool. This 15 piece carbide blade kit has blades with diamond-coated cutting surface, and they make cutting through tile, concrete, masonry, stucco or even mortar grout so easy — some might even describe it as “like cutting through like butter.” …but I find that a cruel way to talk about something so delicious, and I wouldn’t waste the butter. Perhaps I just misunderstand the saying. At any rate, THESE “grout removal blades” are exactly what will make your life easier when working with an oscillating tool. Buy ‘em, and you’ll never look back. 5 stars!PRODUCT REVIEWED: Grout Removal Tool Blade for Oscillating-Tool - TrivdPro 15pcs Grout Remover Tool Carbide Oscillating Multi Tool Blades Diamond Grout Removal Blade Tools for Tile, Concrete, Masonry, Cleaning MortarBRAND: TrivdPro

A whole new level of utility for my multi-tool! Works well on concrete, cinder block, thinset, and grout. Fits my Porter Cable multi-tool perfectly. Diamond coating does wear through after some use but you can get plenty of use out of the 15-blades included in the set. Recommended!

I needed to clean out some grout lines for a new tile install and gave these a try. They worked well at cleaning out the lines and were easy to install. They are fairly durable, but did notice that a lot of the cutting surface had rubbed off when trying to get some grout out of corner connections where tile spacing was only slightly larger than the blade thickness. I think they're worth the cost, but I would like to see a bit more durability out of them. I'd recommend to a friend though for sure.

Replacing a single tile and don’t want to damage what’s next to it? Or wanting to regrout and having to remove all of the old grout first? Either way, a grouting blade on an oscillating tool is something that will come in handy to scrape out the old. Note that while it’s not called out specifically, this will also cut through other tough materials such as plaster and stucco. With an abrasive edge that’s 0.10” thick, it’s reasonably thin while still offering sufficient blade strength. Cutting 1/8" thick grout lines is tough and will require plenty of patience; wider lines isn’t an issue. Being a straight blade does mean it can get into corners; something that half-moon blades cannot do.

I have one of the oldest oscillating Rockwell Sonic Crafters out there. With Rockwells magnetic adapter, these blades fit just fine. This is a great set of grout remover blades that go through grout very good. As with any grout remover blade, chances are you will burn them up quickly depending on the amount your needing to remove and age of grout. If you're needing to replace a couple cracked tiles here or there, you should be good to go. Hands down, the oscillating tool with grout blades are the best way to remove grout.

These cut through grout to loosen and remove tile, and they are especially good for cutting hardibacker/concrete panel board. Normal oscillating blades just gum up and dull out, spintering it at best. These slice it just fine and last for the whole job.

These attachments fit my cordless Makita model XMT03 perfectly. They work great for removing mortar from blocks. While I haven't tried them on grout yet, I believe they would perform just as well since the two materials are quite similar.

Good quality heavy duty blades. Well made and cut very good, almost too good! Works on grout with no issues, might try these with cmu and see how well it does.
