The screen quit retracting soon after install and the company said they would replace it. They gave a tracking number but never actually mailed the part. 2 weeks later and the tracking still says "shipping label created" and nothing else. Do not buy this door. If they actually mail me the part I will update my review accordingly

The online instructions focused heavily on the inside dimensions so I assumed incorrectly that the unit mounts to the inside of the door frame. It does not. It mounts to the trim which I didn't know until I opened the box and pulled out the instructions. My porch overhang is attached to the trim so this won't work. No big deal, return it, right?I've been waiting WEEKS.it's sold through a third party, not Amazon. I shipped it back weeks ago and on my third call to Amazon they said the third party seller never received it (after being told I'd get a refund in three days, after I shipped it). I called the shipping company and they confirmed it was delivered to their office AND SINGED FOR two days later.Amazon after assuring I would get my refund in a few days said they now have to open a claim and it will take a FEW MORE WEEKS to get a refund.Oh, and I was told it was my fault for not checking that it was a third party seller. If I'm ordering from Amazon, it should be from Amazon.

It was amazing until the latch got stuck and I couldn’t open it so I had to basically break it in order to open it. I tried some work arounds to get it to close (gluing on new latches, etc) and couldn’t get them to stay put for long. :( so still affixed but not using it.

Had this door for only 3 months and it started having issues retracting in the second month in which I had to remove the black fuzzy strip that lines the top and bottom tracks (idk what its called) in order for it to retractable again. Also the inner lock is made of plastic and one day it just broke off and now I can't close it anymore. Should be made of metal for the price of the door imo. I tried messaging them now that my return eligibility is one month out of the window but I haven't received a response. So that's why I'm writing this review. Maybe someone will reach out to me now?

This by far the worst product buyer be ware! It arrived with a broken latch. It never closed to begin with. It costs me 115 to ship back usps and 220 ups if i want to follow through on the refund process. Tell why i would want to pay to return a broken item 😒

There is nothing to hold the screen in the top or the bottom and it is not pet proof. When I initially searched Amazon for a screen door for my rental, I typed in cat safe screen door and this was one of the recommended doors that came up.Just installed it last night and the cat got out because there is nothing to hold the top or the bottom of the screen. Very easy to install and up really quickly.
