This stand is amazing, a lot of my fellow euphonium players haven't seen a stand before until I brought this one in to practice. Now I really don't have to worry about my instrument falling over or ruining the bell if I had to normally let it stand on the bell upside down. The steel construction is very well built and it folds out easily as well as adjusting it to fit my euphonium. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has invested in a quality instrument because this stand is awesome.

Appears to be nice & sturdy. A bit clumbsy to make te height adjustment on, but once done is ok. This will save some wear & tear on my 54 year old Besson euphonium: no more standing on the bell. Great for rehearsals & concerts.

This German made stand is excellent. I was skeptical about buying a $100 item with few reviews but I’m completely satisfied. It collapses to maintain portability but also feels very sturdy. I use to sit the baritone on its bell (bad bad habit) but now have a great way to show off the instrument and protect it from tipping over.

I was hoping it to fold. It does but doesn't lock in its place.You'll need to adjust it according to your euphonium's size.I usually put my euphonium bell facing down. Which now I regret with all the scratches on the bell.It's kind of annoying to carry this because it doesn't come with carrying case.But does hold my euphonium in place.

The stand arrived on time. It is heavy which provides stable support for my euphonium when not being played. It is portable and folds up nicely so that I can bring it to orchestra rehearsals and know the euphonium is safe.

Bought this stand more than a year ago. The concept of this stand sounds like a great idea and gets excellent reviews everywhere. Perhaps mine was an odd exception. Did everything right and adjusted for the width of my new Besson Prestige euphonium. Instrument fell out of the stand on 2 separate occasions horribly denting the bell and scratching the tubing. The stand is robust and did not fall; only my poor instrument. Was out of the window to ship this thing back. Now looking to repair my horn.

Ich benutze jetzt schon 2 dieser Ständer, und das aus gutem Grund. Es handelt sich hierbei schlicht um den besten seiner Art. In Sachen Stabilität und Verarbeitungsqualität kommt einfach kein anderes Produkt an K&M heran.Braucht man einen Ständer nur, um sein Instrument einfach zu Hause aufzubewahren, tut es vermutlich auch ein günstigerer Ständer, ABER: Sobald man auch nur im geringsten daran denkt, den Ständer öfter zu benutzen, beispielsweise auf Konzerte etc., merkt man sehr schnell, was man an dem K&M hat.Er ist stabil, und vor allem absolut flexibel einzustellen. Alle Parameter am Ständer sind breiten- und höhenverstellbar. Damit kann man nahezu jedes Tenorhorn/Bariton/Euphonium unterbringen und stabil fixieren. Dort scheitern schon die meisten, billigen Ständer, die oft nur in der Breite verstellbar sind. Und wehe, der Daumenring des Horns sitzt etwas höher, dann ist oft schon Ende mit sicherem Halt...Ich habe beispielsweise ein Miraphone Tenorhorn (weite Bauart, daher schon recht voluminös) als auch ein Kinder-Euphonium (sehr klein und schmal) sicher im Ständer fixiert. Das würde mit ein und demselben Billig-Ständer vermutlich nicht funktionieren.Das einzige Manko dieses Ständers ist wohl der Preis, der zugegebenermaßen sehr "selbstbewusst" ist. Aber letztendlich hält die Qualität mit dem Preis eindeutig mit. Daher klare Empfehlung!

I'm very happy with this euphonium stand. It is very solid, so I don't have any worries about it supporting my euphonium, nor any concerns about it tipping over. I was very happy that the side supports were adjustable. That meant I could position them at different heights in order to accommodate the fourth valve of my instrument. (I had previously purchased a stand that did not have this feature and I ended up returning it because the side support could not be adjusted to work around the fourth valve.) The side supports can also be adjusted horizontally, so you can get your instrument to fit in as snug as you desire. I hadn't really thought about the height of the stand, so was a little surprised that it is only a few inches off the floor. I've ended up putting the stand on top of a small table, which works just fine. My only complaint is that the tool that was included to put the stand together was the wrong size and was therefore useless. I had to use a pair of pliers to tighten the bolts, which was fine, but given the cost of the stand, you'd think they would supply a tool that actually worked. It was an expensive purchase, but except for my one complaint, well worth the cost.
