These loaders are very small and can be carried in your pocket or connected to your gun belt. They work very simply and work very, very well! One person mentioned using them on original P08 mags would require modification. Correct but they are plastic and a Dremel tool or rat tail file is all you would need to trim the opening to fit to the original antique mags! Great product you receive two loaders for a very low price and they are incredibly simple to operate!

I was pretty nervous about replacing the loose plastic grips on my 1939 P08 Mauser mfg Luger. I needn't have worried. These walnut grips dress the gun up in a big way and feel much more secure at the range in single or two-handed grip. I did not have to sand or file AT ALL! A two minute install. These babies bolted on totally without issue - a perfect fit. For a laser cut, mass produced item these grips are much nicer than I expected. A big upgrade for a modest price. Recommended for both value and quality!

These really do work great and I like using plastic on an 80 year old magazine as opposed to the metal Lugar tool which I'm sure does the job but plastic is just safe and easier. Get a couple and throw them in your range bag and you're all set.

I pity the poor soldiers who were stuck with the clumsy original tool. This is WAY BETTER. Thanks to the large thumb flange, you can easily compress the magazine spring all the way down to the last round with no discomfort.

I have trouble holding the spring down on the magazine but this makes it so easy to hold the spring down and load the gun
