Item works great as described. When I assembled it there was a part missing. It worked without the part if I was careful. I emailed the seller and they immediately sent me the new part. I love that kind of great service!

Wow i had another bench for my home gym 4 years 1 day it just broke with 100lbs on the leg extension. So I ordered this bench wow this bench is like night and day . It's so much better strong solid well built. Very satisfied. I would recommend it wasted 4 year the leg extension is like a machine at a gym

Great bench for a home gym!I bought as a replacement for my original bench that had significant wobble during exercise. My concern was this would be the same. I was pleasantly surprised. Very little if any movement during exercise and the leg developer is great. The leg developer is not adjustable so it doesn't quite fit my legs (I am 5' 11"). The hinge point also has a bolt protruding so I need to be conscious of my leg placement to not scratch my knees or inner thighs. Even with these points in mind this bench is still a vast improvement over my last one and a must have for a home gym.I would definitely recommend this to others

I have had this bench for almost two years, so I thought it was time for a review. After almost two years, with multiple users using it every day, this bench still looks and functions like it's brand new. Putting it together was relatively easy thanks to my husbands ratchet set. If you use the included allen wrench, it may be a little more difficult/time consuming. The bench looks like it sits a little lower to the ground than some others, so I was a little concerned that my feet would be dragging the floor while doing extensions on the leg developer, but that has not been an issue for me (5'8) or my husband (5'11). The bench itself is very sturdy and easy to use. This has been a great purchase at a great price point and an excellent addition to our gym.

Just wanted to leave a review for those on the fence, who may have read a balance of negative and positive reviews and are trying to get a decent understanding of the quality of this product. The type of reviewer: My wife and I really enjoy this bench. We are short. She is 5'4" and I'm 5'8". The most either of us will bench is 225, leg lift 100 and this is because we are into fitness, not necessarily ever increasing strength. This bench is rock solid. There is not even a doubt about it holding up, in fact the quality of it doesn't even lend a thought to that type of thinking, it is that solid.I'm convinced that the key to having success with this bench begins with the assembly. Mechanically minded people, or those who have turned a few wrenches having common sense to understand what bolts need to be very tight (structural bolts ) vs. just snug (hinge bolts) vs. firm (bench pad bolts). It took about 2 hours to get it together, fine tuning the hinge bolts (not too loose, not too tight) and getting the leg extension adjusted for both my wife and I. By the way, the instructions are strictly diagrams and not words so be intuitive, we made a couple of mistakes and had to take apart and redo and laugh at ourselves for not paying close enough attention ... no big deal. For us short people, the bench pivot points are perfect. What I mean by that can be put into perspective this way. We first bought the Bowflex 5.1 because we wanted a super duty bench and it has great reviews and is known to be top quality. It is a tremendous bench for TALL people, but the bench hinge points for incline, decline, length of butt seat pad from knee to back too long etc. etc. We hated using it, it was heavy for my wife to move around even with the wheels. Comparably, the Marcy SB-350 is amazingly well fit for us. When I do decline dumbbell bench I no longer feel like I'm on a medieval torture device, but it just fits perfectly. The same goes for the leg attachment, everything fit perfectly. There are some reviews from tall people (6"1 and up) for this bench ... I don't see how this bench would fit them comfortably but those reviewers claim it does. There are also reviewers who make an issue of stability. I honestly have no idea what they are talking about, not at all. I'm 220, leg lift 100 and there is not even a hint of instability. Just really weird having used this bench and then trying to understand what those reviewers are talking about. The one negative that other reviewers have stated that I'm experiencing is the hinge bolt for the leg lift attachment does indeed stick out too far and scrapes the inside edge of the knee. One reviewer added extra washers to get the smooth rounded edge if the nut to be out far enough to cover the scraping blot threads. another suggested tape. It is not that bad, really more of an annoyance and I will be adding washers like the reviewer who submitted a picture of such in his review. Conclusion:Who should buy this bench in my opinion?1) Persons 6 feet or less.2) People who want to be in great shape but not excessively strong. Go 225 for more reps as opposed to 315 for Power/Strength training.3) Space savers. With bench inclined and leg lift attachment off the footprint is 52" or so.Who should avoid this bench?1) 6'1" or taller you begin to not match up with the bench dimensions.2) People who want to train for strength Mark Rippetoe style, you will soon outgrow this bench. Go to a real gym and not Planet Fitness either LOL or get yourself a $400 commercial gym bench.3) People who have no skill to assemble resulting in negative reviews because of their lack of understanding i.e. don't over tighten the screws to the pads or you may rip out the built in fasteners, duh. Don't over tighten hinge bolts or the won't pivot etc. This is a great bench, we love it!

Update Jan 2024: I just moved it to a different location in the garage, and somehow it has become a lot less stable. The floor is even. But it's not on that piece of carpet anymore, which makes me think that if you're not going to bold it down, use some sort of padding (rubber foam mat or carpet). The more weight loaded, the less stable. I reduced a couple stars because it poses a danger when not bolted down.I didn't have the issues with the leg curl function being stopped midway by the design - I have full range of motion on mine. Perhaps there were some older models that they've since fixed? It does feel a bit tippy, but it isn't. Either be easy on it while getting on/off, or bolt it to the floor for more stability. I have it on concrete with an old piece of carpet in my garage, not bolted, been using it 2-3x/week, and no issues. But I'm not hard on my equipment.I will say, if you're over 5'9"-5'10", or have super long legs, you might have issues. The length of the beams is not adjustible. I'm 5'5" and in the extension function, the foot/ankle pads hit a little low on my ankle - more the top of my foot - because my legs are just a tad too short for it. It works well enough, but if it were adjustible I'd shorten it an inch or two to make it easier on my knees (I prefer to dorsiflex my feet/hook them under the foot pads to ease knee pain & I can't do that with this). The other thing I'd change if I could would be thicker pads. They're a bit uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker.Overall I'd recommend this bench. The length is great, so I use it for multiple other exercises besides just legs. It feels like a good quality bench that should last a long time with regular home use.

For the very low price this bench is pretty good. I am a 6'2" tall and heavy guy and it if assembled properly, is sturdy and rock solid. I bought this to strengthen my hamstrings, gluts, quads and calves even through I walk 8-10km a day. The firmly padded cylinders are thick enough to properly pad shins, knees etc to prevent damage and there is a thick rubber stopper that protect the unit when the legs release the moving section. I really like the fact the seat base and back are adjustable to give you a comfortable and secure position when doing reps.

Panca quasi perfetta.
