My son is autistic and LOVES crepes, and I’ve tried numerous crepe makers and this one was the best! Super easy to use and I love how you just dip it into the batter & put it back on the heat plate & a few seconds later, delicious crepes! Cord length is not an issue, plenty long! I bought this with my own money, not sponsored. Affordable and easy to use and great quality!

Okay, I finally found a crepe maker I love! It was easy to use, very fast and came in great condition (and faster than the previous brand I had purchased, which I wont keep).I used the Julia Child's recipe online, they turned out super thin with this tool. Im super pregnant and cant stand on my feet for too long, so I set the extension next to my table and plug in the crepe maker cord. It heated up super fast, so I dipped the pan in the batter and put back on the base. I never burned any crepes! Once they were slightly brown at the edges I put them on a paper plate and put them back to cook the other side just for about 5 seconds. I know they say u can cook only one side, but Im pregnant and cant take any risks with eggs. Id say it took about 25-30 seconds total to cook fully one crepe (sitting down on my comfy chair :) )Tip: dont let the white plate get too empty otherwise the crepes will get stuck and cook the end of your batter on that plate, then you will have to clean it before adding more batter. Leave enough batter on the white plate to dip your pan. Dip it for 2 to 3 seconds, lift it then just wait for cooking goodness :) Im so happy with this crepe maker, it was totally worth it :)

Works as advertised. A bit tricky at first to get the right dipping technique down but once you figure that out is easy to use and makes crepes quickly. Only down side batter can get under rim and become trapped inside.

We received this crepe maker in the mail today and decided to have crepes for dinner. The batter recipe included in the cookbook was perfect (and yes, the 30 minute rest is necessary or you get bubbles).I wish the batter pan was sturdier, it felt really flimsy. But the griddle itself was easy to use and the lights tell you when everything is done. There was some trial and error - instructions said to butter the griddle, but doing so made the batter slide off and back into the batter dish. Solved that problem by not greasing the griddle, it wasn't necessary anyway, the non stick surface had the crepes sliding off easily. We made crepes for 10 people with 2 batches of the regular recipe. I simmered strawberries and sugar in one pot and a super ripe apricot with butter and brown sugar in another. We made some whipped cream, set our Nutella and banana slices and the kids were in heaven. Worth every penny!!

Very excited!! We got this today, washed and used immediately. My 10yr old and I had no problem getting the hang of it and the recipe was spot on in the booklet. We even switched flour for gluten free baking mix without a glitch. The recipe made about 15 crepes from one batch.

The product was purchased new but it looked like it was previously used. No temp control. Pan got too hot and the batter has a hard time sticking to the pan during dipping on the mixture. My stovetop non stick pan does a better job.

This is wonderful. I made my first batch using the crepe recipe in the little manual. The directions were straightforward and were perfect. I had thought I would need to order the container of flour, but didn't with this recipe. I was able to make 14 crepes, so froze half for another session of goodies. I am so looking forward to cooking up dinner crepes as well as desert ones (the batter is interchangeable with either).Since it is cordless it was simple and didn't have to worry about dragging a cord through the batter. Easy cleanup, too! This takes the scary out of trying something new and the presentation makes me look like a professional!Buy this for yourself or as a gift!!

Making crepes in any way, unless you're a pro, is tedious. With this gadget, it is still a slow process, but definitely faster and less effort, since it takes away the aspect of spreading out the batter.Make sure you have the right consistency for your batter and you're good to go! A thin batter will make a thinner crepe, too thick and it won't cook through.If I can get it right the first try, most people with definitely be able to handle it!
