I purchased three of these hospital gowns as my husband has been in the hospital 15 times this year and he hated their gowns. He has the Luxury Patient style gown now. It is very soft, it holds the heart monitor and the wires go through the little hole . My husband can go potty, walk down the hall and he is fully covered. The monitor stays in place and he can carry his phone and tissues in the second pocket. His comfort level is so much better. The doctors and nurses think it is amazing and perfect.
