I purchased this door and it came in pretty quick. My installer got here and has no instructions and the you tube video they sent me didn’t help much. The door handle broke trying to install it and the door just looks cheap and missing a screen. My installer can not finish till we have the new handle so we have no way of locking our home up. This is not just any sliding glass door, even experienced carpenters can’t figure out the concept. I will be returning if this is not resolved soon. A $400 install bill and no door, WILL NOT BE GOOD!!

The door is NOT what they make it look like, and AND, they shipped it w/o the screen. My carpenter spent two solid days on it, trying to make sense of it. The handle is cheasy, it's just not quality. And I NEED THE SCREEN!!!
