Nice headset. Paired to an IP phone using an adapter cord. Not for use as noise cancelling as it only covers one ear. Easy to use and has good sound quality.

These are NOT CS540's as the description and box says. These are C054A's which are the European version and have major issues with most north American phone systems!!!

I was pleased and excited to get these new headsets for my team. I purchased the 3 pack, and installed to a voice IP phone as EHS. What I didn’t know was that, to use it autonomously, I had to purchase an entirely different cord for $80 a piece! Very displeased by this. It should be written into the description that this is a NECESSARY PURCHASE with this product.
