one of the tubes was dried up and not useable. Close to a nightmare...as I had the thinset down ready to install the Tile Basin. If the second tube was also dried up, I would have had to scrape up all the thinset and do it all over again.KBRS was great about sending me a new tube same-day. Even checked the lot numbers to make sure they weren't sending out any other bad tubes.Product should do what it's meant to do.

So we took the sealant tubes out of the box. Noticed the label was coming off of one, so we keep peeling it off. Wouldn't ya know it, this is sealant you can buy for $8 a tube. So we paid an extra $16 for two tubes of sealant that we could have purchased anywhere for half the price.I can see marking the price up for stuff. However, taking a product and covering it with a different label to pretend it's something totally different, well that's just wrong.What a shame.

I didn’t like the containers these came in it looks like it won’t fit in my caulk gun but we’ll see or I might have to go buy a special caulk going to use these
