I don't have a duty holster like the one this is apparently meant to attach to, so I can't really speak to its utility in that respect. I just used it to keep a spare tourniquet handy with my IFAK when riding a motorcycle. Seems to work well in that role, though the plastic is a little more brittle and less flexible than I'd like to be - wonder if it would survive a bike falling on it or sliding against asphalt in a crash. If you're just carrying it hanging off a hip holster, that seems unlikely to occur, though. Decently sturdy, lots of attachment points. Wish the tourniquet holder had a loop for a sharpie, though. All in all, not a A+, but probably a solid B.
