Make sure you have a 4-bolt installation, not just a 2-bolt. This is designed for the 4 bolt version.Fits like a glove and can fix a lot of leak or wobble issues. Make sure you have a good solid floor for the flange. If it is deteriorated, bite the bullet now and fix it right. Otherwise, you'll just fix again, and again. If you need to cutout the bad wood and patch in a new section, it sucks, but better than fighting it for years.Kit includes the floor flange, which is very sturdy ABS. Also has the base to flange seal (no wax ring like a house toilet). Finally, it has a new flush gasket, too. Do yourself a favor and use all of them - don't try to get by doing just one now and one later. Replace them all while you are there.Comes with new flange bolts and screws for mounting the flange. All you should need to get new life out of your old toilet. Personally, I have always preferred the Dometic 300/310/320 series of toilets. To me, they are basic enough to be easy to work on, but still quality enough that they don't need too much service.

Worked great! Fit my Dometic 310 perfectly, working exactly as advertised and described. And at a great price point! I was very impressed with how well this fit, sometimes replacement parts can be iffy, but this set worked great! I would absolutely recommend it to others as well.
