Got this power AC adapter to use with our Ooma Telo but this power AC adapter has the wrong barrel connector plug and will not fit. The hole in this power AC adapter's female connector plug (which is apparently a female plug adapter itself) is too narrow to fit the male pin on the power port on our Ooma Telo. And this power AC adapter's actual female plug also does not fit because that's too big to fit the Ooma Telo power port. Otherwise this power AC adapter is correct at 5V 2000mA and we assume should work??? BUT this power AC adapter is a currently useless unless if can find another female connector plug adapter that fits. Sadly Disappointed.P.S. Fortunately I found a better fitting female connector plug adapter in MY personal electronics toolkit of spare parts to better fit our Ooma Telo and now can use this power AC adapter. HOWEVER I HAD TO REMEDY THIS MYSELF -- and my guess is most other buyers will be disappointed IF they similarly get wrong female connector plug adapters that do not fit. Therefore two stars for the power AC adapter BUT no additional stars because of the included wrong female connector plug adapter.P.S.S received email communications from seller who wanted to remedy the situation -- which i already fixed. so this update to add another star for their willingness to help (therefore now total three stars) in the hopes this helps other customers in the future to hopefully get the correct fitting connector/adapter to fit the ooma telo. the power adapter works but just need the correct fitting barrel connector/adapter to fit the ooma telo.
