some questioned if there's grease zirk yes but it's not standard fitting you need a needle point to grease pin as theres NO BEARINGS INSIDE 100% FRICTION OTHER THAN GREASE YOU PUT IN shive rides on center pin and under tension sides of pulley rubs against outer housing so only thing preventing extra wear is grease and zirk only greases pin you have to take apart put grease on inside of housing and shive... I have block for atv has real grease fitting and bearing inside for what this costs should have real grease fitting and bearing

Well it almost killed someone when it flew apart and it wasn’t near rating. The tension popped off the stupid center clip. Why the hell didn’t they use a better system to capture the center pin? This is a major DONT USE for me. You were warned and it was no where near the rating! It’s stamped 12T

My husband and I were having trouble removing a large tree in our backyard. We were using the wench on the front of his Jeep Wrangler but it just wasn't enough to get the roots loose and pull it free. Once adding this gadget to the mix it took no time at all to pull that tree, roots and all right out of the ground. I'm a creative type so I have no idea how it works, but the way my husband explained it, this device will help increase you pull capacity by creating another anchor point to pull from. I want to say he said it doubled the capability of the Jeep wench but I could be wrong.Slick little piece of equipment for sure. Seemed to have similar quality of items you would buy at like a Harbor Freight or Tractor Supply.
