Clip in your Synergee Lat Bar of choice and get to work! Synergee Lat Bars come in three sizes: 38”, 34”, and 24”. The 38” bar is available in angled or straight; the 34” and 24” bars are straight. Each Bar has knurled handles on the ends for wide grip and a knurled bar in between for narrow pulldowns. Great, sturdy bar. Very heavy. I have to hold the weight stack down adjusting the cable pin. And watch out for your head, this one will leave a mark. Lol

This is a solid bar to work your lats and offers a straighter angle to work your muscles differently than a curved bar. The hook eyelet is perfect, the handles are great as my hands grip them well, it feels very solid and sturdy, does the job. I found the price point excellent compared to other bars of this type and angle. I also own other bars but not with this angle which is why I made this purchase. Owning a few different bars with different angles is great for mixing it up and targeting muscles differently. I find the length perfect and the pull seamless, there is no awkward feeling or pressure on my wrists but everyone is different so this would be something you would need to try to see if it works and feels good for you. This feels like a solid gym bar and not a toy. I recommend this bar and I am happy with this purchase.
