Reason being it does have the connections to fit almost any ankle grinder it even gives a rubber gasket but the problem being is that even if it's a tight fit once you apply pressure to the multi-tool it stops operating and all the vibration goes down to the gear shafts I really think as an engineer that it can work and it would work and be heavy duty but the problem is is that they might have made the outer ring a little bit too small and the inner washer that's like a pivot a little bit too small as well and not narrow enough other than that this idea or invention would work but that needs to be improved first before I can recommend it just being honest

So I wanted to cut into drywall to recess a new medicine cabinet, and was unsure what tool would be best for the task. I spoke with my friend, who is very handy, and he suggested that a multi-tool would be best for the job, NOT the angle grinder that I was thinking of using. The reason he gave, which seems to be supported well online, is that the angle grinder is harder to control than a multi-tool, and will throw off huge amounts of very fine dust all over the place that would be hard to clean up. Only one problem...of all the tools I have, I don't have a multi-tool. And I really didn't want to go buy a whole new tool for just one job. So then I found this converter/adapter tool, which changes my angle grinder into a multi-tool. Perfect, cost-effective solution. The quality is good, and it comes with 3 different adapter nuts, to accommodate different brands of angle grinders. It also comes with a triangular sanding attachment and 2 pieces of sandpaper to get started. And it has 2 different multi-tool cutting blades. The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it came WITHOUT ANY INSTRUCTIONS. And it was NOT simple to figure out (at least for me, as I had never even used an angle grinder before. But I fiddled with it for probably 25 minutes, trying different configurations, until I finally understood the way that it was supposed to fit on my grinder. From there, it worked great. I tested out the one of the cutting blades on some really thick cardboard, and it was able to plunge-cut it quickly and effectively. So I'm very happy with this tool, as it's a great value and saved me from having to waste money, time and environmental resources on purchasing an entirely separate tool. Great solution!

My husband bought this twice. Both times it was missing parts. As soon as he received it the second time I had him check it and immediately the same thing that happened the first time. It reads on the description that all the items are there when purchasing. Do not buy. Not worth it at all, cannot use it without all the items. We returned it twice for the same reason.
