The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme is an ultra high-performance thermal pad with excellent flexibility and very high thermal conductivity. It has a consistency similar to kneaded mass, which allows it to compensate for even the smallest differences in components and ensure optimal heat transfer. It can be easily fixed with minimal pressure.

General information
- Thermal Grizzly minus pad extreme is an extremely high-performance thermal pad that effectively fills gaps between a heat source and heat sink.
- It has 260% higher thermal conductivity than the minus pad 8, making it ideal for power-intensive applications like voltage converters and RAM. However, it's recommended to use it only once due to strong plastic deformation. Even a slight contact pressure is enough for optimal mounting.
- Storage: Store it at room temperature in its original packaging.

If you have a GPU or M.2SSD drive that are overheating. Get yourself one of these now. I only put these pads on the GPU ram I do not put it on the CPU. You need to buy yourself some good grizzly thermal paste and they have the best thermal paste. Yes it’s expensive but it’s definitely worth it for the performance.

Das Pat leistet was es verspricht. Die Wärmeübertragung ist mega aber ... Das Pat ist schon zerrissen als ich die Schutzfolie ab gemacht habe. Beim positionieren bzw. anheben mit der Pinzette ist es an einer anderen Stelle eingerissen. Zum Glück habe ich mehr gekauft als ich für eine seit einer m.2 SSD bräuchte. In zwei stücken passend zu den Chips ging es dann irgendwie. Vlt ist es besser bei der dickeren Variante und die währe auch besser für mich gewesen da ich beim Einbau in den Kühler die beiden mitgelieferten Wärmeleitpats trotzdem für die Unterseite benutzen musste, da es sonst zu locker saß.Fazit: super Zeug aber eben fragil und beim nächsten Mal die dickere Variante testen.
