quality is about what i expected considering the other parts available for wpl. not great quality but it works nice the crawl gear is great and the high gear has a nice kick compared to the original c24 set up. no issues so far. will order again

This is my 2nd motor through this seller and this new one broke 2 gear teeth before I could even get the cab on. This is my 5th 370 2 speed build and I've never had them break so easily. Good thing I have extra gears

Update: After further use, but not a ton of run time due to other stuff breaking on the truck (like suspension linkages mostly) ended up letting the smoke out of the motor on this. I ordered another 370 motor to swap in, but the brass drive gear on the motor is pressed on *(8 teeth), and I can't get it off of the original motor to install on the new one. This whole setup is cheap enough, that I just ordered another one, and am going to try a heat sink clipped on to the motor to see if that helps with longevity.Original:I've tried the original gearbox that came with the RTR, which was weak, once I upgraded to a real speed controller and servo, it made it about 15 minutes before shredding the gearbox. The next I tried was the twin motor low profile... Great ground clearance, no torque, which made for no-fun driving experience. This 2 speed gearbox transforms the truck into a truly fun little toy, has speed when needed in high, but more torque in low, where it can actually climb over obstacles etc. The servo frame has some flex to it which is documented in some of the video tutorials on youtube, but that has not been a problem for me as of yet. I do with it came with a few extra screws, over the course of modifying this little truck, some of the tiny screws have gone missing, furthermore, this didn't really seem to come with the appropriate size ones to mount the servo that it comes with to the gearbox... they are too small so don't thread in. That said, highly recommend this product if you have one of these trucks.

Super weak motor, would not engage all 4 tires under any extra load (ie: driving up a slight incline or through loose dirt) save your money and buy a better motor

I learned I needed metal drive shafts, and to solder motor leads and 104 capacitor for this to work. I had questions for seller and they answered them for me. The package came with a mix bag of servo attachments. The white servo horn is what worked for me. My C24 is much more fun now. My 2 year old son likes to chase it now.
