I recently bought a bunch of Dana 60 shims from another company (which I am not allowed to name) and their sizing was all over the place. The mathematics of correctly adjusting an axle using shims is difficult enough when the shim thicknesses are close to round numbers. It's just pathetic when the numbers are all over the place, no two the same.Well luckily, everything I've said up until now was describing this other company.Yukon Gear and Axle knocks it out of the park with their shims. They are ALL very close to round numbers and there are multiple duplicates making the shim adjustments much easier. Yukon just made these shims right and they will be my go to in the future whenever I am working on axles.

Attempted to install on D60 front from F-250. Shim fits between carrier and bearing. Most would go between bearing cup and differential housing. Would be very hard to set backlash and pattern, so bought a different set.

This does fit a Dana 80 as listed for use as carrier shims however, they install under the bearing cones and there is no provision for removing the cone without damaging it,so an error may well mean a new cone. It is better to get the full kit and adjust at the cup like many other rear ends do.http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0078UBXS8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
