I like this cast iron skillet from caraway. The ceramic side reminded me of my favorite dutch ovens. It did not heat evenly at first, and was more difficult to clean when tested. However, I like the thick walls and weight.

Looks beautiful, but we’ll see how it lasts. I have never had luck with cast-iron so I will come back for a full review once I use it.
