We had bought the Revolution toaster which costs 3x as much and lasted less than 2 years.It has only been a couple of weeks but so far it is far superior than the Revolution. It has performed perfectly so far.

First look at this toaster is that it looks really sleek. Built really well and does not feel cheap. "Screen" stays black until you turn it on, then there is a lit back that shows the images of toast levels as well as what bread is being toasted. Touch response is really accurate. Toast levels are somewhat accurate according to the image examples on the toaster, fits a range of food items and toasts them on both sides evenly. I did notice to cancel while in use was to long press the X button vs just pressing the X button which was slightly confusing.

We ordered this toaster to replace our aging toaster oven. We normally prefer the toaster oven as it is more forgiving in toasting odd shaped/sized items. I was drawn to this toaster as it had a smaller footprint than the toaster oven but also had oversized slots for toasting large items. To this point there are, in fact, presets for Bread, Pastry, Bagels, Waffles, English Muffins and even gluten free bread. These presets can be modified with the six levels of toasting. Add on a defrost and reheat button and you are covered for just about everything. I have to say that this toaster does a quick job and is faster than the toaster oven. Probably because the heater elements are closer to the item and you also don't have to wait for the larger oven to heat up. If there is a down side the instructions warn you not to pre-eject an item using the popup lever (as with old toasters) but warns to only use the cancel button. I've found that you have to press the cancel button for a couple seconds for the toast to pop up... might be critical if you are already over toasted. I've also found that hitting the off button also ejects the toast.The toaster does have a led touch screen such that, in off mode, none of the buttons are visible (except the on/off button). This gives the unit a clean look while sitting on the counter. The touch screen and buttons do give the unit a "high tech" look while on.In summary... works great (and fast). Surpasses traditional toasters in preset and slot sizes. Definitely modern looking and high tech.Addition: I just found the two removable panels on the bottom of the unit which make removing crumbs and cleaning the unit a breeze!

As a family of 6, I was looking for a bigger and better toaster than the one we have. I love this Keenstone Touch Control Toaster. It's modern, touch screen and looks very classy on the countertop. 1.5" wide slots (perfect for bagels and thicker bread slices), I had the option to defrost if the bread has been frozen, bagel function (my favorite!! Love my bagels!!), 6 browning settings (unique as I've never seen anything like this before!). In the back there is a removable crumb tray (makes clean up easy!), Each side has a slide down button to start or lift up to get the toast out. Turn on the power touch screen when need to use, otherwise the screen is black and just blends in with the counter. The material is stainless steel, just the way I prefer my appliances. My kids love doing toast in various shades, bagels, waffles (their favorite). The automatic shut off is very helpful! It's lightweight and doesn't take much effort when moving to a different location. It's also super quick, when guests visit no more waiting a long time for their toast. This is for sure the top of the line of all toasters I've ever seen. Quite honestly, I wouldn't change a thing about this luxurious appliance! I really love it and am proud to have it in my kitchen!! Coming from a very picky person, I'd say that's a huge compliment!

This toaster is down right great! I was surprised with the build quality and how responsive the touch screen is. This is very user friendly and the buttons are intuitive. My 6yr old was able to figure out how to make toast (with parent supervision of course). The buttons include 6 different levels of darkness and the toasting appears to be pretty accurate to the picture representation. This also include settings for bread, bagels, pastry, waffles, English Muffins, and Gluten Free bread. If you are using Gluten Free bread this toaster might be usefull! Other features include a Defrost and Reheat option.If you are in the market for a modern toaster that is feature packed, definitely consider this model! I know we enjoy it!

Worst toaster ever. The bread does not go all the way down, you never get the same result twice even on the same settings. First toast is the way it’s supposed to be the next one is burned. Both sides of the toaster give different results even on the same settings.
