Looks great but a little awkward to assemble. I would recommend having two people to put it together because it is rather heavy.

Absolutely gorgeous once assembled. I was a little surprised about the need to assemble but the instructions were easy to follow. Keep in mind that it’s easier with two people to keep the pieces standing straight while you’re screwing them together. Note if you’re really going to use it for a plant that needs to be watered, it may leak from the edges as well as where it’s supposed to from the drainage hole.

I ordered and loved this so much, I purchased two more. They’re lightweight but substantial. Very beautiful.

I love planters, as my back yard is full of critters, so I do a lot of my planting in my driveway. This big metal planter is a good addition to my collection! It was fairly easy to assemble. I did wish the instructions were a little less minimalist, especially I wish it had noted to put in the screws from the outside in, as the pictures kind of looked like you should do them from the inside out, and if you do, as I did, there isn't really room to screw them in well with the enclosed little tool. But that wasn't too hard to fix, and I figured out how the last piece just kind of drops in, without any screwing in. I would say it took me about half an hour to assemble, but that could be less for someone else!Once assembled, this is a nice big planter. It's much deeper than most planters---it would be great for plants with very big roots. I sort of wish it was less deep and more wide, to give more planting area, but it certainly could serve a purpose for plants with big roots. I put some dahlias in it, and they are growing well so far!The planters is heavy but I could lift it when it was heavy. It's an industrial kind of look, so not fancy looking, but it will last outside well, I think. I would says the current price point seems just a little high for what's a pretty simple planter, but not extremely high---I'm pretty happy with it!

I like this metal planter, its fairly large and looks nice. Something to think about when putting this together is to never tighten everything down until you are almost completely finished that way if you need to work a piece in, you have some room to shift things around a little. I like that there is a shelf about half way in the middle of the planter so you are not wasting a lot of dirt to fill the planter up. I did notice a few sharp areas on the metal, so watch your fingers. The metal is a little on the flimsy side but when put together it feels more solid. It would be great if it came with small legs, so just know if the base gets wet and you have this on the patio, it may leave an outline of the planter on the patio if you happen to move it somewhere else. I would recommend putting something under it, or some legs. All and all, I like this but I do think the price point is a little high.

I really like the design of this flower box. It's the perfect height for my patio and has enough room for 4-5 flower plants. Inside the box, there is a metal shelf about a foot down, which has three drainage holes. The box includes all the basics. However, the major issue is that the metal rusts when exposed to moisture. I had to paint the entire box, inside and out, with Rust-Oleum enamel paint for added protection. If I hadn't done that, I doubt it would last 3-4 years and would end up looking pretty bad. If the metal shelf support inside rusts away, the soil and flowers would end up on my new patio. The manufacturer should consider using rust-resistant metal. I would be happy to get 7-8 years of use out of it.Assembling the box is straightforward, but it’s important to ensure that everything is put together correctly. The inside shelf must be level with the side rails, so make sure that the rails on both end panels are positioned lower than the side rails.Another point to keep in mind is that the box does not have a bottom, as water needs to drain out. This means that water and dirt will fall to the ground underneath. I will be mounting mine on small blocks next to the patio. There are a few issues with this box, but as long as I'm aware of them, I can manage them for the best results.

Nice planter box! I am using this with some small trees as a privacy planter on my deck. I really like the size and it has good height to it. Easy to assemble, value for the money, and works perfectly for my privacy needs. The functionality of this container is almost endless and it is easy to move. I would suggest getting it where you want it before filling it. It will be heavy with soil and if it was wetted down.
