Seems to work well; although, I have not tried to remove the screws. Was mounting a Pic Rail that had steel screws to a Ruger 10/22 with an aluminum action (top)--- So did not want to strip the pre-threaded install access on the rifle, but wanted the screws not to work loose with vibration. At the same time, wanted a thread-lock that was not permanent, where I could not ever remove the Pic Rail in case I wanted to go back to plain Open Sights. I used very sparingly to prevent any dripping of thread-lock into the rifle action that would interfere with the semi-auto loading bolt/mechanism; and turned rifle up-side down to prevent any dripping while it dried for 8 hours.
