These are great OEM quality replacements for alot less than Retail New but you wouldn't know the difference. Great purchase for our office.

first i had to factory reset the phones with the mac id. then i had to go in and disable ZTP and Poly ZTP as the phone was still programmed to whatever carrier the phone was used with last. not really worth the low price if they don't reset the factory password and shut off ZTP so it does not auto program to the former provider. If they are really a refurbisher they should be able to get Polycom/Poly which is now part of HP to remove the mac id from the Zero Touch Provisioning servers.
