I received these sandals today and wore them already. They are so pretty. They are reasonably comfortable as well. I tightened them as I need and now, I can just slip them on easily. They fit well, are light and look very beautiful.I do have a couple of issue though. The shiny material gives it a rather inexpensive look. There is a single central strap and that is partly rounded and partly flattened - a requirement of the pattern I understand. However, it looks a bit sloppy. The feet are held on the sandal with straps connected to the sole at three points and the strap at the back of the ankle holds the foot in place. So, the straps have to be tight to prevent the foot from sliding around. No matter how tight, that is difficult because the soles are hard and therefore, whenever my foot curves as I walk, my foot separates from the sole at each step. That is why I said that they are reasonably comfortable. Witha sole that molded to the foot and curves with my sole, it would have been wonderful.The material used could also have been better. It is clearly plastic, never mind that plastics are called 'vegan' leather these days. They look like plastic and feel like plastic.Using leather, a waste product of the beef industry would have been better, and in fact, more environmentally conscious. than using synthetic material.

I ordered the gold ones and decided to return them because they were too narrow for my wide feet, too shiny on the soles for my taste, and not very comfortable. The sole felt a little lumpy under my foot. I didn’t expect great quality for price, but these just weren’t good for me.

These sandals are sooooo stinking cute. I don’t have a lot of red items in my wardrobe and these are perfect . They fit well on my feet and are very comfortable and light weight.
