I needed a 12' non-stick frying pan to replace one I have had for many years but was end of life. As far as non-stick the pan is incredible, which is probably why it is a America's Test Kitchen pick. It heats up evenly and quickly, but is heavy enough that I have no worry about it warping. I love the silicone handle grip - no worries about burning your hand when you go to grab it. I wish it were a bit deeper, but I can work with it, especially for the price.Some have complained that the handle rivets are not non-stick - seriously? I look at non-stick pans as basically temporary tools that will eventually wear out, so it makes no sense to me personally to spend $100 or more on a non-stick pan - it's going to wear out. Others may disagree with that, but in any case I can highly recommend this one.

I really like this skillet. It was recommended to me by Rufus. I decided to get it and I'm very glad I did. I mostly use it to cook eggs for breakfast. I don't use any cooking oil; the eggs slide right out of the pan. Clean up is easy: I just wipe it clean with some soap and water, and it's done. However, that's just me being clean and tidy, because there's not even any residue in the skillet after I'm done cooking.

We’ve only used it once so far, but I already love it. I followed the instructions in the manual that it comes with. Washed it, oiled it, washed again, then used it to cook some burgers. It was so easy to clean after the burgers were done. It’s the same size as our old pan, which I couldn’t find a brand name for, but it’s been around for awhile and needed replaced. This pan makes me very happy, it didn’t break the bank and food doesn’t stick to it. A 14” pan is plenty room for cooking. The bottom of the pan where it sits on the stove is a little scratched, but the interior surface is fine. Im going to follow the care instructions in the manual to make sure this pan lasts a long time. 10/10 would recommend.

I've used this for 2 months now and I like it. It is lightweight (a + for me and a - for others) because of the aluminum base. Seems to heat very evenly and truly nonstick. Dropped 1 star because the handle is very long and just barely fits in my pot drawer. Have never had a pan with such a long handle. I don't use this type of pan in my oven so I plan to leave the silicon piece on the handle. Actually, we haven't been able to get it off! All in all, a good buy especially at this price.

I've had so many nonstick pans. All brands, all types. First, know that no nonstick lasts forever. If a company says they do, they are not being truthful. This pan does last longer than most. The weight is really good, and the handle is nice when grabbing a pan to flip your food or making an omelette. And the edges are shaped well for all of the above. For the cost, the pan is well worth buying.

This is easily one of my favorite purchases on Amazon. High quality nonstick fry pan, with removable handle cover for use directly in the oven. I only use it for low and medium heat, and use cast iron for anything requiring higher temps. I use this pan almost every day for the past couple of years.

It too me way to long to research and try a worthy non stick sauté pan. But, it was worth it in the long run.I bought a Caraway sauté pan and quite frankly, not impressed. Expensive and the easy, sliding eggs were not in my pan!I bought the 12 inch variety of this brand. Feels nice and balanced without excessive weight. I like the size as it is the perfect real estate for cooking breakfast for two, large vegetable sauté, etc.I do recommend this pan as an overall winner.

I wanted a large pan that I could use to wilt greens, simmer curries, Asian dishes and scampi, and saute multiple large chicken breasts at once. This pan fits the bill. So far the non-stick is flawless. My only complaint is that I wish they made a lid for it.

Absolutely wonderful non-stick pan. A good weight and the silicone handle makes it easy to grip and cool to touch. You can make two grilled cheese at the same time and the size is perfect for omelettes and eggs. V easy to clean with a bit of dish soap, you don't need to scrub hard. Just remember to season it before first use to make it last longer.When on sale, is a no-brainer.

Really like this. It is truly non stick, so easy to keep clean. So far zero scratches or wear. Every time I make an omelette or folded eggs I just feel thankful I bought this. I have a smaller one for one person and larger one for family size. Glad I did that too. To top it off it’s great value. I was tipped off by NYT wire cutter. They were 100% correct.
